The shuttle offers a free service for the convenience of students, staff and visitors. There are two buses operating continuous trips throughout campus. Riders may flag the shuttle for pickup along the way. The front desk at the Hilton Garden Inn will have current route maps and information for pick up near the hotel and drop off at campus buildings.

November 13 -
Campus leaders pre-conference meeting, 1:30-4:00pm
Those involved in this meeting will meet in the International Living and Learning Center (ILLC), conference room 349. The ILLC is located across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn, and a half block east on Western Blvd. The ILLC is coded "LLC" on the campus map (visit this URL and click on left "show sidebar" to access list of all maps).
November 13 - Pre-conference welcome reception, 6:00-7:00pm.
All conference attendees are invited to gather in the living room of the OSU campus, to greet those you have missed as well as those you will become acquainted with over the next three days. Hors d'oeuvres will be served in the lounge on the first/main floor of the Memorial Union. The MU is a short walk, roll, or ride on the campus shuttle and is located about 4 blocks north of the Hilton Garden Inn.
Choose the Jefferson St. entrance if you prefer the elevator over the stairs or would like a ramp entry into the building. Although the front of the building facing the quad has accessibility ramps it is not positioned as close to the elevator. The Memorial Union is labeled on the campus map as "MU."
November 14 & 15 - Conference days 1 & 2
CH2MHill Alumni Center, Willamette Room, tentative start time of 9:00am
The Alumni Center is located across the street and one building down from Hilton Garden Inn, and across the street from Reser Stadium. The Willamette Room is just to the left after passing through the main entrance and into the lobby area.
November 16 - Conference day 3
Tentative start time of 9:00am; adjournment at noon
Memorial Union, Joyce Powell Leadership Center Journey Room (main/first floor, through the double glass doors, next to elevator). You may also see this area referred to as the JPLC.
Conference participants will have access to OSU's campus-wide Wi-Fi from November 12-16 at no charge. There are a limited number of public computer stations in the Memorial Union building as well as in the Valley Library. The Hilton Garden Inn and CH2M Hill Alumni Center also have free wireless. Look at the "Quick Links" and "Wi-Fi" tab on top of the interactive campus map to learn more.
OSU – Oregon State University
OSU gives you access to Oregon State University (find people, navigate campus, search the directory for students, staff and faculty and more).
This application promotes awareness of the different trees on campus by organizing tours around themes and
allowing tree tour participants to access information while "on the go." The application provides information
about tree leaf type, tree bloom, whether a tree is native to Oregon, and a page number reference to the OSU Extension Trees to Know handbook.
Parker™ the smarter way to park at Oregon State University for your smartphone. Parker helps you find where you parked, and real-time availability for wheelchair/ADA accessible parking in the core of campus (DMV placard and OSU permit required).
